About the Event


Join us at the Bleckley County Extension Office and Lucas Farm for a field day to discuss soil health and grazing cropland.  Topics will focus on soil health practices, irrigation management, drone seeding, cover crops, and grazing techniques on cropland.   


Attendees will meet at the Bleckley County Extension Conference Room at 165 East Peacock Street, Cochran GA.  After brief presentations, group transportation will be provided to the Lucas Farm.   Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the weather and field visit.
